Volunteer & Share Your Experience

Being a volunteer offers you an excellent opportunity to experience the action with the 800+ students and see the latest global automotive technologies in play. Join industry leaders, motor enthusiasts, and students at Formula at Calder Park Raceway for one, two, three or all four days! 

Volunteers: 

• Are supplied with on-the-job training, 
• Receive a commemorative polo top and meals throughout their participation,
• Experience satisfaction in the knowledge that their efforts are helping advance the development of our future engineers.

How to Volunteer?

1. Review the Volunteer Opportunities in the Formula SAE-A Event Handbook  Note: Formula SAE-A 2023 will be held at Calder Park Raceway - 14 - 17 December 2023.

2. Complete the Volunteer Registration form 

3. Share the volunteer registration form link and the accommodation deal flyer with your network and encourage them to join you at Calder Park Raceway.
