Henkel is seeking a proactive and commercially minded OEM Technical Sales Representative to support sales growth and customer engagement across a defined territory. This role involves managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing technical support and on-site testing within the OEM sector.

The ideal candidate will qualify in Chemistry, Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline, along with strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. A hands-on approach, ability to work independently, and willingness to travel are essential.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and grow key customer accounts and projects
• Identify new business opportunities and support existing customers
• Provide technical advice, on-site testing, and problem-solving support
• Achieve sales and territory growth targets
• Maintain accurate reporting and ensure compliance with safety and company standards
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Some requirements your resume should include:

Graduate Technical Engineer – Full Time

Kubota Australia and New Zealand distribute and provide after-sales support for high-value, exceptional quality agricultural and construction machinery, equipment and products.

Kubota are on the lookout for a motivated Graduate Technical Engineer to join the Engineering team in Truganina. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career through a structured 18-month graduate program, gaining hands-on experience across a diverse range of engineering and compliance activities. Upon completion, you will then be transitioned into a Technical Engineer position.

In this role, you will support the delivery of safe, compliant equipment for the Australasian market while building your technical capability across agricultural, construction, and OEM products.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• With instruction and guidance (as required), provide information and advice on technical engineering matters for a variety of Kubota products
• Generate reports and other technical documents to communicate requirements
• Participate in risk assessments and collaborate with team members to use appropriate measures to mitigate or control hazards and any residual risk
• With direction and instruction or guidance and supervision (as appropriate), undertake engineering activities on Agriculture, Construction and OEM products
• Ensure all Engineering activity undertaken meets policy, procedure, legislative/ regulatory requirements

Some requirements your resume should include are:  

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics or Automotive)
• Certification/ ticket/license to operate construction equipment and agricultural machinery (as required)
• A Valid Driver’s license
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally (as required)
• Demonstrate an understanding of Australian and New Zealand Standards and OHS/WHS legislation relating to construction equipment and agricultural machinery
