SAE-A announces AGM

Society of Automotive Engineers – Australasia (SAE-A) has announced details for its 2026 Annual General Meeting, inviting members to attend either online or in person on Wednesday, May 13.
The 78th Annual General Meeting will be held from 4:00pm to 5:00pm, with members able to join via Microsoft Teams or attend at VACC House, Level 3, 650 Victoria Street, North Melbourne.
The AGM agenda will include welcome and introductions, confirmation of minutes from the 77th AGM, the President’s Address, the Treasurer’s Report for 2025, board movements and nominations for the 2026 Board of Directors, and other business.
SAE-A has asked members planning to attend in person to RSVP by Friday, May 9, to assist with arrangements and ensure a quorum are present. The online meeting will open at 3:45pm on the day.
Nominations for board positions close on April 29, with eligible members able to self-nominate for director roles.
