Bremar will host a free in-person workshop with Siemens on May 28, giving engineers and manufacturers an update on the latest developments in CAE, CAD and PLM software.
Titled Your Partners in Software Innovation, the event will focus on Siemens’ recent acquisition of Altair and what it means for customers using the HyperWorks software suite, along with broader access to Siemens engineering tools.
The session will cover key updates in the 2026 HyperWorks release, additional Siemens tools now available, and practical case studies showing how the software is being applied in real-world projects.
One of the highlights will be a detailed walkthrough of a real-world case study using Brett Longhurst’s Prerunner vehicle build, demonstrating how the software was used throughout the design and development process.
Bremar said the workshop is aimed at helping engineers better understand the evolving software landscape and how these changes can improve workflows across product development, simulation and manufacturing.
Attendees will also have the chance to take part in an open Q&A session, where they can discuss their own projects and technical challenges and receive expert guidance on how to best apply the tools.
The event contributes towards CPD hours and includes light refreshments.
Guest speakers include Brett Longhurst, Alex Quirk, Amit Singh, Silver Dimapilis and Tim Wilson.
The workshop will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 3:00pm to 4:30pm, with doors opening at 2:30pm, at 2/198 Atlantic Drive, Keysborough, Victoria. Places are limited, with registrations available via Bremar’s Eventbrite page or by clicking here.
