Jamie Augustine, Technical Regulations & Special Projects Manager - Motorsport Australia graduated with an Information Technology degree from Victoria University.
Jamie built his first race car an, Mk1 Escort Sports Sedan, whilst working as a computer programmer in aviation. His self-taught car building skills led to a position doing electrics, electronics and IT for V8 Supercar team – Glenn Seton Racing.
Jamie has raced in both Bathurst and Merdeka Sepang, Malaysia, 12-hour races; won the 2B Sportscar and 2-litre Sports Sedan racing state championships; and developed and managed technology across racing vehicles.
