SAE International is a non-profit educational and scientific organization dedicated to advancing mobility technology to better serve humanity. Over 83,000 engineers and scientists, who are SAE members, develop technical information on all forms of self-propelled vehicles including automobiles, trucks and buses, off-highway equipment, aircraft, aerospace vehicles, marine, rail, and transit systems. SAE disseminates this information through its meetings, books, technical papers, magazines, standards, reports, professional development programs, and electronic databases.

The Fédération Internationale des Sociétés d’Ingénieurs des Techniques de l’Automobile (FISITA) was founded in Paris in 1948 with the purpose of bringing engineers from around the world together in a spirit of cooperation to share ideas and advance the technological development of the automobile.
FISITA is the umbrella organisation for the national automotive societies in 38 countries around the world. Our network of member societies represents more than 147,000 automotive engineers around the globe.
FISITA’s mission is to help create efficient, affordable, safe and sustainable automotive transportation. We do this by providing a global forum for dialogue between engineers, industry, government, academia, environmental and standards organisations.
FISITA is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation – controlled by the engineering profession and supported by the global automotive industry.
The biennial FISITA World Automotive Congress is recognised as the leading international forum for the exchange of knowledge in all areas of automotive technology, attracting thousands of engineers, scientists and executives. Between congresses, FISITA supports the professional development of engineers by providing the latest technical information in the form of meetings, papers, on-line resources and the official FISITA magazine – ATZautotechnology.

APAEC
The purpose of APAEC (Asia Pacific Automotive Engineering Conference) is to create more opportunities for automotive engineers in the Pacific Rim nations to communicate their ideas and exchange information and opinions concerning their latest technical developments.
